Planting Sites

Tree For All is already changing the landscape across the UK. Planting will start at more than sixty new woods over the next 18 months, ranging from small woods, a few acres in size to woods containing hundreds of thousands of young trees. Here are a few examples of sites that are being planted this winter 04/05:

England

• Hull City Green, Hull, East Riding of Yorkshire
• Lamberhurst Farm, Kent
• Ushaw Moor (Deerness View), Durham

Scotland

• Geordie's Wood, Clackmannanshire
• Glen Sherup, Glendevon, by Dollar, Perthshire
• Lendrick Plantation, Glen Finglas - Brig o'Turk, Stirling
• Livingston, West Lothian

Wales

• Coed Tregib, Llandeilo, Carmarthenshire
• Granllyn Pool, Guilsfield, nr Welshpool, (Powys)

Northern Ireland

• Carnmoney Hill, Newtownabbey District, County Antrim
