Here’s a chance to bring the beauty of native woodland to your school grounds. The Woodland Trust is offering schools in Northern Ireland the chance to apply for a special free consignment of trees. Each school can apply for one pack of 30 native trees (composed of either hedging plants or hazel) and this will be sent direct to the school along with detailed planting instructions.
Two hundred packs are available for allocation during this tree-planting season. Teachers can find out more or register for a pack by visiting the Woodland Trust school copse pack webpage.
